Baba Aamte died at the age of 94 . He was one of the oldest Gandhiwadi in India. We can say
he was another Gandhi. A man who born in very rich family and did one of the outstanding social work.
When he decided to work for leprocy patients government gave him land at Varora which was not good. He work very hard and give the birth to Anandvan . Lepracy affected people always stayed outside the village but Anandvan project changed the overall scenario of that thinking.
He would be anonimous chice for Bharat Ratna. Today very few people's achievment can match with Baba.

Arajak

Arajak means anarchy. This happens in Mumbai. MNS (Maharashtra Navnirman Sena) attacks on people from U.P. and Bihar. MNS is belongs to Mr. Raj Thakaray and he previously belongs to Shivsena. So finally MNS always works like Shivsena.

What MNS has done is not good but why these type of things are happened against North Indians particularly against Bhaiya. Local people from Punjab, Assam, Orissa, W. Bengal and other north east states are opposing Bhaiya because they come over there and capture there livlihood. Constitution give a right to go anywhere but not allow to settle anywhere. everybody should know that country like China have got a system of service card to go anywhere in the country. No body of their country can settle anywhere. Our government should adopt these type of policies.

Political leaders from north India never believe that this is their failure to provede jobs for their own people. they always want to dominate. Why only Bihari peoples are selected in Railway examinations? everybody knows the reason.

Bhumi Putra (local people ) is not a new concept. Local people from Dubai as well as from other Arab countries are now educated and Indian peoples are now losing their jobs.

So this situation should be handled very carefully.

Drink Disaster

At Sudhagad which is near to Alibag a disaster happen. Nearly 18 poor Adivasi people are died after drinking a spirit. Sudhagad is a taluka place and due to non availability of local liquor (Gavathi Daru) people went to Pali to drinking a spirit. This remind me the disaster happened few years ago. A khopadi had been drunken by some poor people and they were died.
This incidences are now common in all over India. Every year lot of people died due to local liquor. Government is not want to solve this problem because all types of liquors provide a lot of revenue to the government. Bureocrats of government believe in revenue not in health of public.
Norway one of the richest country from European Unoin will now going to take decision to cut down drinking habit over there. Norway is one of coldest nation in the world. If Norway could able to take this decision why would not we? Actually there are lot of studies is being done by the socialists regarding drinking habit. This habit always affects the person's health as well as the economic power but no body want to take tough decision.

Recently world experincing hike in price of food graons. Everybody are in shocking position how the food prices are hiking. The hike in prices are nearly 100%. World have enough food stocks are not in control.
properly studying the pattern of food problem economists realises that problem lies in bio fuel. This are causing in hike in price. United States have producing ethanol from maize. Brazil have producing ethanol from sugarcane but Brazil have much more clear policy than U.S. government. U.S. have given subsidy Rs. 18 per litre on ethanol. This will increases the land of cultivation for maize. All the food grains not only in developed countries but in developed countries are now shiefted towards bio fuels.
The farmers are also getting lot of benefit from this inflation. They are getting good money. The commodity index in all over world are rising. In some latin American countries protests have already started for reduction in food prices.
Now here we disuss how to solve the food problem. There is only solution for this problem. Decrease in demand of oil. Encouragement towards bicycles is good solution.

A lot awaited car finally has been arrived. This car will available in September 08. Lot of upper and middle class people are now planning for purchasing this car. The market of car is always competetive. After the entry of Nono very cut throat competetion will possible between car makers.
What India will getting from the production of Nano? Mr. Ratan Tata have proved that in $ 2500 company can make a car. Indian business houses will become much more customer friendly also image of Ratan Tata will improved. Now everybody comparing Ratan Tata with JRD and Jamshetji.
Lot of adverce things possible after introduction of Nano. Firstly pollution level of every city in India will increase. Secondly every city will face problem of parking. India never have any parking policies at all. Four wheelar, Two wheelar and bicycles are parked nearby roads. It always creats huge problem near stations.
How to solve this problem? Government should increase the parking fee. If we compare our parking fee with forien countries it is much more less than those countries. We should increase our parking fee as more than 1000 percent. We should increase our road taxes for cars. All revenue from this taxes should utilised for improvisation of public transport.

Celebration of Perth

India recorded their victory in Australia at Perth . (the fastest track of cricketing world.) Previous two tests India was at losing side . First test India was losing very badly. Second test India loses only due to umpires. (Just like every body said.) I think Indian team always facing a problem at the fourth inning of any test match. India lost very badly in that test. Zimbabwe will also all out us at fourth inning of test match. we cannot bat all fifth day at all and this is our history.

But here at the Perth we should celebrate our victory . previously we have recorded victory against Australia at 5 years ago. Australia was unbeaten at their home soil. I am very glad to see that Indian victory come at Perth only because Perth is a Kattalkhana for Asian countries. Australia have never lost any test match at Perth for last 11 years. Our bowling side is very inexperienced and Australian media treated as a club level bowlers.

some times I think that this victory will give a new morale to our team and our team will become unbeatable in coming years. Bravo India.

There was two bad bangs happened tomorrow. Sir Edmond Hillary passed away and second Dr. Y.D. Phadke a renowned Marathi writer expired.
Sir Edmond Hillary one of the greatest mountaineer of all time who firstly won the battle against The Mount Everest with Tenzing Norge. What he has done in Nepal is unbelievable. He establishes a school, airport in Nepal. Lot of people are getting livelihood from his establishments. Nepali people should thankful for Sir Hillary.
Secondly Mr. Y. D. Phadke a renowned Marathi writer who also wrote the English book as well. He wrote 62 no. of books out of which 9 books are English. He was basically English writer. His historical books on R.D. Karve, Lokmanya Tilak, Agarkar,Ambedkar and also on Netaji Subhashchandra Bose. He had won lot of prizes for his literature. His historical writing had always got a evidence of paper so his writing looks natural.

Sai Yatra lll

Last few days I really could not able to find the time for blogging. My day two in Sai Yatra where we travelled from Manor to Vikramgad ( a small taluka town in Thane district.) Our walk stared at 6 O' clock from Ganapati Mandir. We have to wake up in the early morning. There was no any alternative for us. This distance was 29 Kilometers. In the morning our walking speed was very fast till 9 O' clock when we were get our breakfast. It was anything like Pohe, Bhel, Upama, or Fried Rice. That particular day it was Bhel.
After eating a Bhel we were taken a lunch at banks of Deherje river. ( a very small river.) This river flows only in rainy season. In that river there was a small dam where lot of us had taken a bath. The water of that dam was so cold .The dam was contain lot of rocks under the water. My bath was not satisfying me but still i have to do that because i had not taken a bath in early morning.
We were then walked towards the Vikramgad. The scenery in that walking was astonishing. Vikramgad was nearly 8 Kilometer from us.

Sai Yatra II

I have been busy for some of work so I cant able to give a time for this blog. First day we have to travel from kelve road to Manor a 32 Kilometer distance. First day expirience was amazing. we were walking between the trees of coconuts and from Manor to Palghar to manor we crossed vaghoba Pass.
At Manor we was stayed at Vitthal Mandir. this temple is the oldest temple of Manor. At night I have always face a problem when i am travelling when I go to sleep I have to remove my underwear and sleep with only lungi or pyjamas. (Tis is my doctors advice.) First day I managed quite well. I went for sleep at 10 o clock.

Pad Yatra

Last few days I was engaged in Pad Yatra. Walking from Mykhop to Shirdi. This was very holy pad yatra. Lot of people touches my legs for Namaskar. It was very annoying me because I am not a saint. This Yatra takes 9 days to reach at Shirdi. Nearly 240 Kilometers are travelled by us. 120 peoples was travelled for Yatra . One person asked me why I did that Yatra. Firstly I really couldnot able to give the answer but some times later I said that Pad Yatras gives us a skill that how to survyv at any situation we would not get the lunch what we would like to eat. Also we would be much more self disciplinary. Also holy part of pad Yatra is always their. People would know how to act with each other.

We can called Sanath Jaysurya as a lion of Sri Lanka. He has been retired from test cricket. He is the player who changes the theme of one day cricket. He is one of the greatest all rounder from Sri Lanka. He plays 109 test matches and made 6885 runs with the average of 40.02 and in one day cricket he plays 403 matches and made a 12207 runs also takes 307 wickets. He is not retired from one day cricket so his one day record will still improved.

Mr. Parvez Musharraf had declared emergency in Pakistan on 3rd November. Pakistan have a history of emergency. Previously Pakistan have faced 3 emergencies after independence.( I think.) The supreme court of Pakistan's decision was against Mr. Musharraf who want to become a president. After termination of present body of supreme court judges he appoints a new body. He also suspends statute and arrests lawyer who opposes his ruling.
He also arrests Mr. Benazir Bhutto , Imran Khan and Nawaz Shariff who are against of emergency. The military forces cuts the telephone lines and blocked the transmission of private news channels.
The emergency may withdrawn after Musharraf gets the decision of court in favour of him and declared as a president.

People of Mumbai now gets a new local. A blue colour of that local looks very fresh. Aerodynamically design may helpful for reduce the friction with air. Last 10 years people of Mumbai have been waiting of this local.
Locals contains always crowd in office time. 3 more than their normal capacity in local at office time. The air circulation is always a big problem at office time. The internal design of that local looks air friendly but the time will give the result. We can't really reliable on this local. Some optimistic people may speak good about this local but i am not. Our transportation technology is 10 years back as compared to western countries. So wait and watch theory is much more important.

There are only 3800 tigers are remaining on the earth. It will cause biggest ecological problem on the earth. Disappearing of tiger breaking the ecological chain. In India 3700 tigers are died in last 7 years Only. 1300 tigers are remaining in India according to The Independent. In 1900 there was one lakh tigers and in 2000 there was 6000 tigers. Now only 3800 tigers. In Maharashtra only 103 tigers are remaining.
There are 9 type of species of tigers. Out of that 3 species are already disappears. South China tiger will also disappear soon. Only 2 tigers are remaining of that species.
There are 3 tiger projects in Maharashtra Tadoba, Melghat, Pench but disappearing of jungle, lack of employment opportunities for the people living around the jungle, Demand from China. (They are using all parts of tiger for their native medicine.)
If this happens rapidly in 2025 we will see tiger only in picture.

But today every media is talking about how the BSE sensex cross over 20000 points and our country will become a super power in 2020. Not a single media has taken a initiative to give the knowledge of share market. Increase in sensex is not a development. There are 7834 companies registered in BSE. Normally sensex depends upon top 50 companies. Out of this 7834 companies, 50% companies are invisible. No one involved in trading of shares of this companies. Lot of hedge funds have been coming from USA or other parts of the world. They are interested in only short term money not a development of our country.
only 2% of our working population is involved in stock market.
India has got a top rank in hungry countries. Human resource development in India is a joke. Only Bangladesh is the worst country than us in this region.

Today we talk about Mr. Jagdish Tanti. He is basically a cloth merchant. Who has got a cloth mill in Gujrath. Who has taken a degree in commerce and also done diploma in mechanical engineering. When he started his cloth business Gujrath had a shortage of electricity. He started researching for regular power supply. Then his research ended to wind power. He invested money in couple of wind turbines. And suddenly realizes a power of wind energy. He started his company and named as Suzlon Energy. Today this company is seventh biggest company in the world. Currently company has making a project of 1000MW. This is world’s highest wind energy plant.
In wind energy he has earned so much money that Mr. Tanti’s property costs nearly 37 billion dollars. All his property comes from wind power.

Sugar Cane industry facing immense problems these days .There is a bigger recession in sugar industry. This recession is from 2006 . (i.e. from last year.) India’s biggest sugar industry facing a problem of bankruptcy. Last year loss of Bajaj Hindustan was 231 Carors in their sugar department. Allahabad high court ordered government to take over the properties of that companies for paying the dues to farmers.
Indian sugar industry has got a variable problems for minimum rate of sugar cane per ton . In Uttar Pradesh the rate is Rs. 1250 , in Maharashtra the rate is Rs. 900 and in Gujrat farmers agreed to take Rs. 500 per ton as their first installment. The Sugar Factory Association of U.P. agreed only on Rs. 760. If they pay more than Rs. 760 they will become bankrupt. This year India will become a largest producer of sugar cane currently number one is Brazil.
What is the solution of this problem? Some Indian petrochemical companies wanted to take a land on lease in Brazil for their Ethanol production. Why this companies are not establishing their plant in India for empowering a local farmers? Currently the rate of crude oil is $90. This will soon go up to $150. In future vehicles will use ethanol as their fuel. In Brazil sugar industry is in much better shape because they are producing sugar cane only for ethanol.

Indian scientist have won the Nobel after few years break.The Nobel is won by Mr. R. K. Pachauri of IPCC (Inter governmental panel on climate change) . Who is also head of IPCC. The price is shared between Mr. Al Gore and Mr. Pachauri.
This is 11th Nobel price for India. First price won by Mr. Rabindranath Tagore for his works Gitanjali in literature in 1913. Second price won by Mr. C.V. Raman in 1930 for Physics. Then Indian born Scottish origin writer Ronald Ross won the forth Nobel for literature. Fourth Nobel won by Rudyard Kipling who was born in Mumbai also for literature. Fifth Nobel won by Mr. Hargovind Khoorana in medicine. Sixth Nobel won by Mother Teresa for her social work. Seventh nobel won by Subramanyan Chandrashekhar in 1989 for Physics. Eighth nobel won by 14th Dalai Lama for piece. Nineth nobel won by Amartya Sen in Economics. 10th nobel won by Mr. V.S. Naipaul a Trinidadian Indian for literature.

Friday there was a presentation regarding the future of Mumbai at Indian Merchant Chamber. After desaster of 26 July Remake of Mumbai Federation was established by people. Today Kalbadevi Road, Vitthalbhai Patel Road are very conjested for traffic. There are huge traffic in this area. This project states that their will be 12 lane road at Kalbadevi Road. 8 lane Road at Vitthalbhai Patel Road The trafic will not become problem in this area. South Mumbai will become excellent place for traffic.
This project will completed through private corporations and with the help of government organisations. But I think this project is designed only for private transportation. The cost of this project is not mentioned.Instead of this project government should improve the public transport system for common people.

Garbage of mobile handsets becoming huge problem not only in India but in the world. Company from Belgium has find out solution over that .But the progress is still going on. After the decomposition of mobiles we find copper nearly 15 % , 50% are plastic , and remaining 30% are other metals.
Umicore is the company which is trying very hard to cut down the pollution which mobile hand sets generated. The price of mobile circuits per ton is nearly 4000 Euros. Other E garbage costing nearly 6000 Euros.
If we take 1000 million mobile hand sets for decomposition we get 24 ton of gold, 9 ton of palladium, 9000 ton of copper, 250 ton of silver. These decomposition of metals is much economical as compared to mining of that metals.
A Bangalore based company E Parisar Private Limited working for Umicore. They are exporting all these E garbage to Belgium and making Bangalore clean.

Indian economical growth is now about 8 percent. But inequality also increasing rapidly.
Engineers and Doctors are the creme jobs. People of this profession gets good better best jobs. This is only because outside the country quality population is decreasing so they are also getting outsourcing jobs from developed countries.
Some days ago I read news that nearly 100 engineers left the job from ISRO for better oppurtunity. This is true because they will get easily 10 to 12 lacs p. a. which is three times more than ISRO's payment. Some IAS officers also left their jobs. Government officers gets good facilities but not payment. If anybody want to payment they have to work in private sector.
We are talking about inequality. Few years ago difference of payment in organisation between lowest post and highest post was 10times. Now this difference is increased to 100 times. And this is alarming bell for society.
People who are holding low education degrees doesn't getting a proper jobs. This will create a huge pressure on the society At some time this bomb will blast and society structure collapses. This would be the sign of revolution.

The blue line buses in capital Delhi looks like a Yamdoot . There are nearly 70 people died
in Delhi due to accidents of blue line buses. There are 8 people died in accident in Badarpur by blue line. Last four months accidents are happening but government finding only temporary solution. Government introduces a speed governer for this buses. At this incident speed governer is not working it may be damagd by driver. People in Badarpur became violent They stop the traffic at Delhi Agra highway. They beat the driver of this bus.
What is the bad thing when the demonstrators want to meet Mrs. Sheela Dixixt she refuses to meet. Even though transpot minister Harun Rashid also refuses.
Government of Delhi can't able to find the solutionon blue line buses. They declaired that they can't able to replace CNG buses against blue line. So few more lives would taken by blue line.

I am living at Palghar a small Taluka Town situated near to Mumbai. It is a fourth station next to Virar. In my town their are three main roads 1) Mahim Road 2) Devisha Road 3) Manor Road.
But in our town proper roads are not existing. Due to lack of panning and politicians hand shake with contractors their are lot of pits on the road. No one rally knows pits on the roads or roads around the pits.
It is very dangerous situation in Palghar. Sewage line is almost not exists in Palghar. Gutters are not properly planned. Their are lot of planning has been done but the result has not been seen so far.
The solution of this problem lies in gutters because sewage water from gutter spoils the roads. Both side of roads should have proper gutter. Nagar parishad should provide big garbage bags or containers then garbage cannot go anywhere. Also sewage water should have outlet outside the city. Our town should bear the cost of sewage water treatment. This water should be as good as drinkable but this will go the plants or use in toiletries.
we have to develop a technology which costless and eco friendly. More and more recycling will reduce the garbage and improve the environment. For all this thing politicians should have will power.

White Elephant of Sethusamundaram

The central government gives to clean cheat to Sethusamundaram canal. It is a political gift to Tamilnadu government. The project has got a lot of problems.
Sethusamundaram is the project at Palk Straits between Tamilnadu and Srilanka. Enviornment survey has been done only from Indian side not from Srilankan side so it is incomlete survey.
Sethusamundaram will make by dugging through sea beds. It is incomparrable with Panama and Suez because this canals was made by dugging land corridors. Sethusamundaram will face the probem of sand dumping through sea currents. It will spoil the economics of canal. Commercially it will become a white elephant for government of India.
The most important thing is that project states that ships will come from Europe and Africa and they pay for the canal but the canal is designed only for 20000 DWT vessel size. The capacity of Panama is 65000 DWT. Suez has got a capacity of 150000 DWT. How can big ships come through this canal. The ship industry is now shifted towards more and more big vessels. Cargo vessels are replaced by container vessels with minimum size of 35000 DWT. Bulk containers exeed more than 200000 DWT. They will not use a Sethusamundaram.

day before yesterday India have won the 20-20 world cup . This seems to be unbelievable but this type of things always happens with Indian cricket team. In 1983 no one could dream that India would win world cup but our team had done that. In this tournament South Africa and Australia are the favourites. South Africa have got excellent track record in 20-20 cricket and obviously Australia is always favorite in which tournament they participate.
The journey of our team can not able to speak in words. First match was abandoned by rain . Second was also against Pakistan which was heart breaking Finish. The winner was decided by ball out.
After entered in super eight no one can expect that our team could make semifinal. After narrow defeat against New Zealand all the drama was start. Yuvraj Singh hits 6 sixes to Stuart Broad and take the revenge of his five sixes. Second match was lost by South Africa due to over confidence. after loosing first 6 wickets quickly they lost their confidence.
After getting a chance to play in semi final we was facing Australia. Australian strategy is that they kills the confidence of opposition. they have very strong batting line up. Polluted Festivals

This title may create a problem for somebody. I observed lot of festivals carefully but the output of all that festivals are pollution. I observed Holi, Ganeshotsav, Diwali, Dasara etc. All this festivals have common factor that is pollution.
TodayGaneshotsav is being celebrated at everywhere. The purpose of Ganeshotsav is that people should meet each other and enjoy the festival and try to solve the problem of society.
No one can remember this purpose. everybody is so much busy to celebrate the festival that no one in thinking the problem of pollution.
During the Ganeshotsav noise level would be at 90 to 110 decibels. The normal noise level is at 45 to 65 decibels which is far more less than actual level. The fire crackers also creating huge air pollution. Sulphur dioxide, carbon dioxide, smoke are the contents of air pollution. This could cause different breathing diseases. The water is polluted from artificial colour, plaster of paris which used for modelling of lord Ganesha. Already India have shortage of water resources and we are polluting them.
The solution of this problem is that we should make a awareness in the people about that thing. Also government should strictly implementing the laws regarding pollution. The VISARJAN of Ganesha should be in artificial wells, so the common water resources would not be polluted. The NIRMALYA generated during the festival can be used as a organic fertilizer. Fire cracker should ban by government.

Transformation of Panchayat into Courts

In Haryana Gotra plays a big role in marriage. The girl and boy from same Gotra cannot marry with each other. They should treat themselves as a brother and sister.
Lot of young boys and girls are marrying with each other. When they fall in love they don't know what is their Gotra then what is their fault?
The surveys proved that marriage of same Gotra could create a problem to their children. But, this is not entirely true, we don't have scientific proof.
Here now Panchayats of different communities played a big role. They ostracize the couple. They stop their Hukka Pani.( special Haryanvi word.) The couple cannot live in village so as to couple should migrate to another city.
Now here is the question what court and Government of Haryana is doing? Government and court should ban this type of Panchayat and try to make a strict laws that Panchayat could not able to take law in their hand. Government should give the police protection to this couples.

Opposition of SEZ

Lot of SEZ have been coming in India. Our government following the Chinese path of development. But I am not sure that government studied properly the economics of SEZ.
Rather we are talking about opposition of SEZin Raigad Maharashtra. Mahamumbai SEZ would be developed by Reliance Industries. The farmers are against of SEZ. I am not in favour of Reliance but company is giving good price to land. The opposition coming from politicians. They are giving faulty statements to farmers. The average income per acre in Raigad from rice farming is nearly 8000 to 10000. New generation not wanted to go in farming.They are choosing other fields. Farmers are interested to sell the land but politicians opposed that. Politicians want hold in that area. They want money for them not for farmers. From these frustration farmers are demanding Rs. 1 Cr. per acre for their land.
The politicians are making faulty statements that rice farming would have been finished. How can these possible only 0.5% of land is being utilised by government for SEZ. It will generate employment for 40 lakhs.

Casting couch is present in Modelling as well as in fashion industry.
The path of hectic type of work can go towards harmful drugs, alcohol, smoking. Alcohol is very common in page 3 parties. Normally these parties would end at 3 or 4 a.m. There are some people who blackmails the new models for assignment and get physical relationship with them.
If we observed any struggling model they can do anything for getting assignments. Their approach is that if they don't do it somebody else will do.

Finally Team India's tour of England finishes. Team India (Team of BCCI) won the test match series against England after 26 yrs. Previously India have won the test series under the captaincy of Ajit Wadkar. At that time presence of all rounders made team very much balanced.Never the less we won the test series by 1-0. It would have been 2-0. But, we don,t have penetrating bowers who can really disturb the opposite batsman.
In one dayers India have lost the game 3-4 . 6th game was mind blowing where where India won by 2 wickets. India would win 4th game but lack of wicket taking ability in our bowers causes the defeat.
I am also a cricket lover who always like to watch cricket match. I really can't able to understand why BCCI not giving a chance to all rounders. As a100 Crs. people living in our country, We can not produce good all rounders after Kapil Paji. I think we have got a problem in development of cricket. Physical capacity of our players are not matching with European or Australian players. I we want to develop all rounder skill in our players board has to find out talent from grass route level

Servitude is being on in coal mines of China. Chinese manufacturers uses formaldehyde on clothes. cadmium and zinc has been found in toy's of China.
In this modern development world when industrial development takes place pollution is also coming with it. In 2008 Olympics will be held in Beijing. The politicians of China are thinking that how to cut down the pollution of Beijing and Shanghai. When we go to east of Beijing we found that the chemical industries flowing their sewage which contain sulphuric acid.All types of water resources has been polluted in China. 50Crs. people of China not getting a clean water. Effects of this pollution is on S.Korea and Japan as well. Both countries received acid rain due to pollution of China. 10% GDP of China decreases due to pollution.Insufficient supply of water causes the shut down of industries. China's GDP will get hit for nearly 14 billion dollars.
India should understand this things. We have to follow clean development mechanism

Now war takes place between Indian Cricket League versus Board of Cricket Control of India. Mr. Pawar vs. Mr. kapil. between the dispute of this two organisations Kapil is trying to make image of man of sacrifice. He is making a sedition against BCCI.But this is not really true, he will get enormous amount of money from ICL. So this this would not be a sacrifice. Firstly he was the coach of National Cricket Academy. What has been done by him in that academy is matter of research. He always goes against Sachin that he is playing for records. And my answer is that last 20 tests which he was played only for breaking the records of Sir Richard Hadlee. His deliveries was called flighted out swinger. Muralidharan hits sixes to his bowling. He was not taken a responsibility to bowled last over against South Africa during the Hero Cup. Sachin Tendulkar bowled last over then match was won by India.
BCCI also doing a wrong thing . BCCI thinks that if we give the recognition to ICL BCCI would finish. This would not possible because BCCI has got a recognition from ICC. And ICC already supported to BCCI.
War between this two organisations in favour of players. BCCI already increases the remuneration of Ranaji Players. Quality of cricket in India will also increases.
One of the most imp. thing we have to consider that how much amount of support will ICL get is uncertain. We cannot predict that ICL will become popular in future and it will generate a lot of money for ZEE TV. So, this would be the waiting game for BCCI.

State Bank is finally started the process of amalgamation to become a major bank in India. Their are 7 State Banks in India. Process will start from State Bank of Saurashtra. The presence of this bank is basically in Saurashtra (Gujrat) region. But the number one bank in that region is Bank of Baroda.
State Bank of Saurashtra is the smallest bank in State Bank group also bank has not been registered in stock exchange so it will take less time for amalgamation.
The bank has deposits of 15870 Crs. and loans are 11160 Crs. After this amalgamation net worth of the bank will increased to 43000 Crs. But after amalgamation bank will not be in first 50 no. in world. Central government will open the banking sector to foreign banks after 2008. Amalgamation process of State Bank of Patiala, State Bank of Indore, State Bank of Hyderabad will be at last stages. After this amalgamation State Bank can compete with foreign banks.
After this process loans will increased by 45% but income per capita increases so the net worth also increases. ICICI is the biggest competitor of SBI but ICICI is very small as compared to foreign banks.
Before 1991 government banks has a monopoly in banking sector so they were not giving preference to customer satisfaction. Their was re laxness in banking sector so GOI introduces open policy. Lot of private sector banks are coming through this policy. All these will increases the quality of service from government sector banks.
Now all the banking sector is at another stage of mergers and amalgamation. Competition will increase the process of amalgamation and mergers.

Their are bad things happened in Agra and Bhagalpur. In Agra people has taken a law in their hand and in Bhagalpur people and police both has taken law in their hand.
In Agra four people were coming from Shab E Barat truck crushed this people so the citizen has taken a law in their hand.In Bhagalpur vagrant thief was trying to steal a chain of gold so common has kicking and cuffing with legs. If the police would not be their in time thief would have been dead.Police also made a mistake. They want to show they are the boss so they knotted the thief with rope to motorcycle and dragging along the road.It was absolutely inhuman. How can possible police has been doing these type of thing. Bhagalpur is notorious town due to riots. The town has a history of riots. In 1981 eyes of the 31 raw prisoners was taken from their eye grooves. Prakash produced Gangajal from this incident.The electronic media from India has no brain. The type of scene they are showing on television is ridiculous.The media is relatively young but they are doing tabloid reporting.
The SP of Bhagalpur said that they knotted the thief to motorcycle because thief would ran away.This was very much shameless explanation.
After the things of Bhagalpur people won't believe on police. Common citizen have behave humanly with thieves or other type of prisoners.

Strike in MSEDCL

I am working in MSEDCL (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd.) Our Co. called strike due to 1) management doesn't give the arrears of salaries of 9 months. 2) Implementation of franchisee scheme 2)Employees want a pension scheme what government employees get 4)Management haven't give a compensatory employment to the heirs of the employees who are dead during the service period particularly from open category. 5)Recruitment of class 3 and 4 employees.
We will discuss all the points step by step why MSEDCL not giving a area rs of salary?
because management and unions made a agreement with each other that after reaching a collection target more than 1800 Crs company would give the arrears. But MSEDCL haven't touch the target yet. So this point is useless.
Secondly employees want a pension but self contributory type of pension is already exists (pension law of 1995). Governments already introduced a self contributory pension plan for their employees so how can government and MSEDCL will agree for pension.
Thirdly franchisee schemes are being implemented by MSEDCL. Bhivandi is the model of franchisee.Loss will cut down by the private companies in certain areas in certain years and then region would be handed over to MSEDCL. The employees of MSEDCL will work under franchisee on a deputation. They will get service allowance and service rule also will not change.This scheme looks good on the paper but future is uncertain.Central government imposing the policy of privatisation through financial blackmail.
Fourth and fifth points looks same. MSEDCL should not want to give the compensatory employment opportunities to the heirs of employees (CS-28) . Management wrongly given the reason that MERC(Maharashtra State Electricity Regularity Commission) has impose the ban.But when we use right of information we observed that MSEDCL haven't approached to the MERC.
But the lot of retirement of employees of MSEDCL will result in lifting the ban of recruitment.(I hope so)

Sometimes ago Mr. Pawar told farmers that they should leave the farming.This was the worst advice given by minister in the Indian farming history.Indian farmers are not a basically farmers by profession but they are farming because their father did this.They are emotionally attached to the farming. Currentaly lot of educated people doing farming as a hobby.Are they knowing that how much amount of money is required for farming? Their livelihood is not depend upon agriculture so they can not exactly predict money matters.
Base of our country is always agriculture.During the sixties agriculture revolution takes place in Punjab & Haryana.This was capital based revolution.It has required huge capital as well as fertilizers, pesticides,serviced of tractor all this thing required huge money.So what happened input cost of agriculture becomes very huge as compared to output.
America is role model of our development. In US there are 4% people who's livelihood is depend upon agriculture but in India 60% people depend upon agriculture.America provides 50 to 100% subsidies to their crops In India subsidies are cutting down so how can we compare to US economy.
Currently if we take survey regarding the employment opportunities no one will tell you that they want to be a farmer because farming is not lucrative job today.government doesn't provide insurance coverage or doesn't have fix policies.In Maharashtra their are 140000 farmers done suicide in last 11 yrs.So what Mr. Pawar said was badly true.

This abhiyan is designed for getting education for all people particularly from rural areas but the reports from National Institute of Education Planning and Administration states that all abhiyan becames worst.Following are the key points of those reports.
32000 schools doesn't have any students that's why they don't have teachers as well.
Single teacher schools are about 23000
In Karnataka there are 8000 schools where not a single student goes.This schools treated as a studentless school.
This are the things which NIEPA reported to government.
Since the globalisation takes place some people gets very ggod education but most of the people doesn't.If the education system collapses then the future generation of students also get hit.
BJP has brought this abhiyan.First year BJP led government has given a 1570 Crs.Second year government has given 2732 Crs.But the Congress led government observed that this abhiyan is faulty so they decided to handover this abhiyan to CAG(Controller and Auditor General) after that CAG find out key holes of the subsidies which is given to the abhiyan. In 5 years plan government provides 80000 Crs.to this abhiyan.We have to observed this a carefully for implementation because money is ours and we are regular tax players.

60 yrs. is very long period we are not speculators.I think India would be the place everyone can get oppurtunities, everyone can get chance of development & growth. Everyone should get benefit from it. The next 60 yrs. we will see more dramatic changes societies become less hirarchial, the world will move from power among groups to power among individual.
Education is the key in next 60 yrs. it will work as a catalyst in development of our nation India will become a major knowledge hub in the world.India alrady supplying lot of professional work force to the world. 1/3 of the engineers at NASA are Indians. Economies from Arab countries (i.e. in U.A.E., kuwait, Saudi Arabia) are taking the help from
Indian professionals.Now a days there are shoratge of workforce in Europien countries so we should take this oppurtunity and supply qualifying people to them.
India always be the capital of spiritualism. After 60 yrs. I thought that money will become a supreme value and consumerism is the final morality. We will become much more materialistic than today.Lots of individualism will come in .There will be much more money more hectic life & more targets but I think Indians will become leader in all things i.e.economic development, knowledge development,social development and spirituality.

India is now devloping country.If the things go nicely our country become developed in next 60 yrs. At 1947 Indian poulation was near about 32 Crs & now 103 Crs. At that time there are lot of deaths due to victim of hunger because we don't have enough food. Now we have enough food for everybody.
Agricultural developments only hits in Punjab, Haryana coastal Andhra, western Maharashtra,western Uttarpradesh but still we have to develop a lot of things in agriculture.
60 yrs ago India don't have a heavy Industry Apart from Tata Still in Jamshedpur.Now Laxmi Mittal becoming man of still who is the richest man from India.After globalisation growth in Indian heavy industries is quite good.particularly manufacturing sector we have seen upwardness after 1990.Now there are lot of lucrative jobs in manufacturing sector which easily offers 10 lakhs p.a.
If we talk about technological sectorIndia now launch a satellite for other nations.This is exceptional achievement. Since 60 years ago our country don't have a single thing to talk about in techno sector.India is now becoming one of the most software exporters in the world but we havn't developed our own product. All the big companies like Satyam, Infosys,Wipro and TCS are only provides services. They are not product developers. If this companies can able to develop a product they can earn money more than 10 times what they earn today.

Indian Independence now 60 yrs. old.As compared to other western country our country is very young. India has achieved lot of thingsin this 60 yrs and lot of things are remain to achieve which would likely to get in next 60 yrs.
At 15 August there are lot of articles regarding our independence these are for achieving economic growth, political stability, social structure & natinal heros.
Sometime ago Hindustan Tmes asked a question to the people that what D.N. Road standa for. Answer is variable.He was one of the oldest Parsi freedom figter from Mumbai. D.N.standa for Dadabhai Naoroji (1825-1917) He was the first man who demanded a swaraj.He felt that education is the key to fight with British. He was one of the man who sets India National Congress.He was professor in Elphinston college. He was chosen three times as a president of Indian National Congress.
Since people answered this question differently this means people doesn't know our freedom history. Indians are the people who doesn't respect their history.The historic monuments ,structures,forts are not maintained properly. History is now only remaining in the school.
