day before yesterday India have won the 20-20 world cup . This seems to be unbelievable but this type of things always happens with Indian cricket team. In 1983 no one could dream that India would win world cup but our team had done that. In this tournament South Africa and Australia are the favourites. South Africa have got excellent track record in 20-20 cricket and obviously Australia is always favorite in which tournament they participate.
The journey of our team can not able to speak in words. First match was abandoned by rain . Second was also against Pakistan which was heart breaking Finish. The winner was decided by ball out.
After entered in super eight no one can expect that our team could make semifinal. After narrow defeat against New Zealand all the drama was start. Yuvraj Singh hits 6 sixes to Stuart Broad and take the revenge of his five sixes. Second match was lost by South Africa due to over confidence. after loosing first 6 wickets quickly they lost their confidence.
After getting a chance to play in semi final we was facing Australia. Australian strategy is that they kills the confidence of opposition. they have very strong batting line up. The performance of Australia in Final always mind blowing. Everybody in this team is made for final. The conclusion is that we have to defeat Australia in semifinal or quarter final. In that match runs made by Yuvrai Singh was crucial run rate is so high that no one in Australian team can relax. They collapsed under pressure and match was won by India.
In final India was Pakistan. The history is that India never been lost to Pakistan in world cup. What a thrilling match that was? Pakistan restricted us at very small total.
After 17 overs of Pakistani innings our victory was possible. In 18th over Misbah hits 3 sixes to Harbhajan. In 19th over Tanvir hits 2 sixes o Shreeshant. Victory was look impossible for India. Joginder was delevered final over and got the wicket of Misbah ( What a silly shot that was?) and finally India have won the world cup.
